ESM CONTROLLERS offer universal input capabilities with a 4-digit display for both process and set points. The plug-in module chip design allows for the configuration of one or two input channels for thermocouples, 2- or 3-wire RTDs or analog 0-5 V, 0-50 V, 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. This chip array allows for more than 150 possible configurations from the same base controller. ESM Controllers feature programmable ON/OFF, P, PI, PD and PID control forms and automatic or manual operation within the base controller. There are heating, cooling and alarm functions and ramp, soak and assured soak settings. Standard RS232 with optional RS485 serial communication connection allows for PC interfacing or networking.

ESM INDICATORS are not designed to maintain (control) a process but can be used as high-limit alarm units by virtue of a programmable latch feature. Otherwise, these Indicators offer many of the features of the ESM Controllers. These indicators offer dual or multi-point calibration for Volt and mA inputs. There can be up to three output channels and two levels of password protection. All Indicators offer the same module chip design.

EZM TIMER/COUNTERS have two 6-digit displays: red for the actual count and green for either of the two set points. They will accept input signals from NPN, PNP, Encoder or Dry Contact with reset, pause and channel A and channel B counter inputs. Programmable counter/totalizer counter, batch counter, timer, chronometer, frequency meter and tachometer functions are all offered within the same model. Programmable time range is from 0.01 second to 999.99 hours, with programmable alarm functions. All Timer/Counters offer the same module chip design.
