We welcome your feedback on this newsletter and encourage you to submit ideas for future stories. Send your questions, comments and requests to kko@madisonco.com for consideration.
Combine Level and Temperature Sensing into a Single Assembly
Control Your Processes and Increase Your Efficiencies
Typically, monitoring both level and temperature in a vessel requires separate mounting holes and assemblies, but Madison Company can combine these functions into a single combination sensor. By incorporating a temperature sensor directly into a float switch stem, Madison's MT Series provides you with a cost-effective, easy-to-install assembly that allows you to effectively control the process in your vessel.
Madison can incorporate a variety of thermocouples, RTDs, bimetal switches and thermistors into traditional level sensors for applications like coffee dispensers, wet vacuum systems and fry oil cooking tanks. An Affordable Solution for Small-Tank Ultrasonic Level Sensing
Reliable non-contact level sensing in small tanks and drums can be a difficult challenge. Complicated programming, wide beam angles, limited output signal options and high cost make this a formidable task. Madison has developed a compact, very affordable ultrasonic sensor specifically for these challenging applications.
The U4359 Madisonic™ sensor is reliable for the continuous monitoring of critical liquids and some solids. It is ideal for day tanks and drums in process lines, small tanks for industrial materials and food and beverage applications. It requires no software installation or programming – simply screw the sensor into the top of your tank via the 3/4” NPT fitting and start transmitting a signal. And it's available for just $150.
