Assemble standard products using written work instructions, factory orders or other visual aids.  The assembly in this position is usually repetitive, uses standard methods and can consist of larger volume.  Assemblers will make simple fits using hand tools and power tools to align and assemble parts.  In process testing is done regularly using prescribed procedures.  This person will be trained to perform most tasks but requires good mechanical aptitude, good hand eye dexterity and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.  Must use common sense and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
