Madison Company recently upgraded its Model M3326 subminiature liquid level switch. The switch's specific gravity has been lowered to 0.6, making it suitable for use in more liquids than previously. By introducing a new welded joint, these hollow floats are 100% pressure tested to ensure the 50 psig published specification is exceeded without leaking.
Designed for use in very tight spaces, the M3326 is a single-point, vertically mounted sensor that utilizes economical reed switch technology. Its stem and float are constructed of polypropylene, making it ideal for acidic conditions, food processing and a variety of general purpose applications. It is reliable at temperatures of up to 105 degrees Celsius and pressures up to 50 psig.
