of advanced ultrasonic level measurement sensors
for liquids and solids. These products continue
to meet demanding applications in many markets, at
competitive prices.
In
addition, Madison Company has the engineering
capabilities to design these sensors for your
specific non-contact level measurement needs,
providing unique considerations for materials
to be measured, vessel configuration and system
interfacing.
The
microprocessor-based circuits provide a temperature-compensated
signal for improved accuracy. All models have
the ability to filter false echoes produced
by peripheral obstructions.
Continuous
level measurement can be provided in a range
of 0.16' to 90' (0.049m
to 27.4m) with several power and programmability
options. Point level can also be obtained using
a PLC (Industrial Programmable Controller). Measurement
of solids requires the communcations option;
when selecting a standard model for these cases,
cut the range of the unit in half.
