Madison Company is pleased to
introduce a new line of Non-Contact Level Sensors
that utilize either ultrasonic or radar technology.
The U Series Ultrasonic Sensors provide continuous
level measurement in a range of 0.40 feet to
90 feet, for a variety of liquids and solids,
including foods and beverages, water and wastewater,
chemicals, oils and slurries. Designed for
maximum accuracy, Madison's Ultrasonic Level
Sensors provide a temperature-compensated
pulse and have the ability to filter false echoes produced by peripheral obstructions.
Madison
offers the R Series Radar Level Sensors for continuous level measurement of
reflective materials that have a foaming surface,
vapors or a dusty condition beyond ultrasonic
wave capabilities. They provide a pulse radar
measurement range of 0.83 feet to 100 feet.
Both
the U Series and R Series are programmable
and feature simple push-button calibration.
Both have operating temperature ranges of -40° F to 140° F (-40° C to 60° C).
While the standard Non-Contact Sensor models
can meet the needs of a great number of applications,
Madison has the engineering capabilities to
utilize either ultrasonic or radar technology
to design level sensors for customers' specific
measurement requirements.
