Madison Company can engineer temperature sensors to meet your specific application needs. Please provide the information requested in the specification work sheet linked below so that our Engineering Department can determine the appropriate switch design for your application.

The sheet below is in PDF format. You may either fill out the PDF form online and submit your specifications to Madison via email, or you may print the form and fax it to us at 203-481-5036. Basic steps for completing and submitting the PDF sheet online are listed below.

Steps for submitting Madison PDF spec sheets online:

1. Click on the link above to open the PDF spec sheet in a recent version of Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader (click here to download Acrobat Reader for free).
2. Fill out the PDF form with your specifications.
3. Click the large "Submit Your Specifications" button at the bottom of the second page.
4. Acrobat will prompt you with a variety of options for submitting the data file containing your specs. The file type will be .fdf. If you use Outlook or a similar email program, Acrobat can automatically create an email message with your data file already attached. If you use a web-based email system such as Hotmail or AOL, you may save your data file to your computer and manually attach it to an email message to Madison.
