Company's T Series Thermistors
(THERMally sensitive resISTORS) are selected
for their high accuracy. Used in a wide variety
of process, food and HVAC applications, these
general-purpose Thermistors are offered with
a choice of elements and insulating materials,
providing the user with a range of values and
accuracies. Choices in lead wires, sheath materials
and terminations are also available.
Madison’s Thermistors are available in Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) versions. NTC Thermistors exhibit decreasing electrical resistance with increases in environmental temperature and increasing electrical resistance with decreasing temperature.
The
T Series Thermistors respond rapidly to temperature
changes, with
an accuracy of ±2°C. Depending
on the application requirements, the outside
sheath materials and insulation materials will
determine the sensor assembly's response
time. Termination and fit up options are directly
related to the application specifications of
the customer. |
